Spanning both residential and commercial property, we represent a wide range of clients operating in construction, investment management and finance sectors both in the UK and across Europe.  In the construction sector clients have included Interior Services Group plc, the new build, refurbishment and fit out specialists. 

Current property investment management clients include well respected firms such as Cordea Savills, which we represent both in the UK and Germany, and LaSalle Investment Management.  Notable projects we have undertaken include the launch of aAIM plc, the celebrity-backed commercial property investment firm co-founded by Sir Alex Ferguson and the promotion of a research study on European commercial property prospects for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, which we co-ordinated across six European markets. 

In the property finance sector, our clients include Investec Private Bank's structured property finance division, which provides a range of solutions including senior debt and mezzanine to developments across the UK and Europe.  As well as promoting dealflow we have developed a number of research-driven thought leadership campaigns that have generated widespread media coverage. 

Finally we have developed considerable experience in the real estate securitisation markets.  Our clients in this sector include Investec Capital Markets, which is one of Europe's leading issuers of residential and commercial mortgage backed securities and rating agency DBRS EMEA division, which is active in the CMBS and RMBS markets.
