David has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. In recent years, David has worked on a large number of European sector IPOs including Zentiva, TopoTarget, Arpida,ThromboGenics and Pharmstandard. He has also provided broad ranging communications consultancy on high profile M&A transactions for companies such as Lonza and Zentiva including its bid defence prior to its acquisition by Sanofi-Aventis in 2009. David has a clear understanding of conducting financial communications globally. He has been a rated pharma analyst in the UK, Europe and Japan. In addition to being a successful investment manager he has run cross-border investor relations and financial communications in-house for a number of international biotech and healthcare companies.

David has  a BSc in Biological Sciences from Edinburgh University.
