Angharad is a former financial journalist who has 10 years’ experience working on regional and national newspapers including The Manchester Evening News, The Guardian and The Independent. Prior to joining Citigate, she worked at Bloomberg for five years and held the posts of Retail Correspondent.

Since joining Citigate in 2007, Angharad has advised on a range of M&A transactions, on crisis communications including litigation support, and on several high profile restructurings and shareholder activism campaigns. Her clients have included Premier Foods, Nike, Carpetright, Easygroup, Yorkshire Building Society, Qatar Investment Authority and Go-Ahead.

Angharad holds a BA degree in Geography from University College London and a postgraduate diploma in newspaper journalism from City University, London.
