Toby joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 1993 and provides consultancy and support to clients across the financial communications spectrum,  specialising in helping international companies with their pan-European and London market communications.  On the transaction side he has advised on over 25 share offerings across Europe and has provided M&A consultancy to companies including Macquarie, Sony Music, Ferrovial and Energias de Portugal.

Toby has a BA in History from the University of Sussex.
